Disguise yourself in one of Ember's dresses

You quickly strip out of your clothes and put on one of Ember's dresses. It's a tight fit, but it's constricting enough to make you look curvy. It even has hidden pockets, so you can hide your treasures.

The guard opens the closet door just as you're slipping into a pair of Ember's high heels. He has red skin like Ember's and he's dressed in black leather.

"Do you think I'm stupid?" the guard asks.

He points a sword at you.

"We're going to see the king," the guard says.

Do you:

• Claim that you're a girl
• Ask if you can switch clothes before seeing the king
