D&D: You wait until the guard let you in

You walk to a nearby box and sits on it. The guard raise an eyebrow. "What are you doing?"
"I'm going to wait until you let me in." you drop.
"Ah tough luck soft foot." he drops with a little laugh, thinking you don't have the patience to endure.
Minutes passes. And then an hour. And two. The gruff soldier seems a bit annoyed but you have all your time. The two of you are pretty bored. Especially him.
