D&D: Mulkair : Skip the night

Needless to say, Mulkair takes his time and enjoy the night with you. You spend several hours pleasuring the horny merchant, reaching quite the peak of pleasure yourself. You didn't know sex with humans could be this pleasant. On the next morning, you stir to life early. Mulkair is still fast asleep. You stretch a little, covered in sweat and other fluid. You sneak out the back of the tent and instinctly head towards the nearest river. Which is not very far.
You remove your garment and slide into the cold stream, scrubbing your body clean. You remove sweat and semen from your tanned body. You take a good half an hour to relax.
