"I'l take care of your lost shipement." you suddenly drop. You don't want to give him an edge and shows desires for his second offer. It's not often the men of his town treats you with respect, and almost admiration.
He looks at you. You can discern that he is a bit sad that you didn't chose the second option. "Very well then."
"I would like to know the payment as well first before diving into danger." you add.
"I will shower you with gold. These cloth are priceless to me. If you recover them, I will reward you accordingly." he says.
Well this job is turning out to be the most lucrative one you'd have in awhile.
He adds :" do we have an accord ?"
You nod impatiently.
"Very well. Let us depart as soon as possible." he suddenly drop. You raise an eyebrow :"Us ?"
"Of course. I will not risk the most beautiful muse i've found to go on her own. I have no doubt of your talents" he says. You are a little stunned, again. this noble is really getting the best of you. You didn't thought he'd actualy go out and risk his life for his own thin. Especialy since he looks none-at all a warrior.
You don't have time to ponder the option that Elegos has already made preparation. You wait only a 10 minute before he is down. He traded his noble raiment for something more suited to traveling. A light sword at his waist. He looks a bit more like an adventurer. "Do you have everything you require ?" he asks. You nods and the two of you depart waterdeep. You head down the southern gate.
