D&D: FDR A guard

From Create Your Own Story

A guard slowly approaches you. You actively try to avoid him by turning into an alley and venture deeper into it, turning two more corners where you are alone. You smile a bit, looking behind you. He hasn't followed you. Then when you turn forward, the man is right in front of you. You are a little stunned that this guard had the wits to corner you so easily.

He says, "Hold it," when he sees you are about to run.

You stops and let him approach. If he reports you to the authority, you are screwed. There aren't many dark elves around.

"Yes? Can I help you?" you ask innocently.

He eyes you up and down. He doesn't look convinced at all of your innocence. "I've been observing you for the past few minutes. You've been quite busy."

You look down. You don't usually get caught red-handed.

He hold his hands out and you swear a little. "Hand it over," he orders.

You slowly take the purse you've stolen and put it in his palm.

He weights it and look down at you. "I'm gonna have to take you in."

You tense up. This is what you wanted to avoid at all cost.
