D&D: Decide to take his offer

Submitting to a lust-filled, sadistic mage is not how you thought your adventure will turn out. But, as you are too weak to resist now, and you are somewhat turned on from the previous treatment of your breasts, you decide that you have no choice but to agree to his offer. As you can't speak with the gag in your mouth, you show your submission by dropping to your knees and lowering your head in defeat.
He smiles his wicked smile as he sees you submitting "Very good, slut. Now stay like that while I make some preparations."
You watch as he walks over to the large shelves hanging from the wall of the room, obviously looking for something. After a short while, you hear him say "oh, here it is!" as he takes something from a shelf and return towards where you are kneeling.
Standing over you, he grins and looks over your body, showing you what he brought - an open steel collar, made from several thin strips of metal, which looks like a silver net.
"Your new toy" he says as he puts the collar around your neck. Then, as he speaks a command, the collar closes and locks around your neck with a loud 'click' sound.
As the collar is closed around your neck, you immediately feel something different. You feel like you lost something, some magical ability maybe?
The mage probably saw the look on your face, as he says "Feeling different, slut? You should, as this collar will prevent you from using any magical abilities." He laughs "Along with some other useful abilities, which you will found out".
He then removes the gag from your mouth, as he says "Now slut, I want to hear you saying that you submit to me."
