It is a hot morning in Agrabah. Jasmine rose early at sunrises in order to take in the last gust of nightwind before the dawn. The city is prosperous in the wake of Jafar's demise and a sense of normality came back. With her father growing older and despite being a woman, jasmine has taken over most of the affair of the state. With her fiancé constantly going out for adventures, someone has to hold the city together.
She finds a letter written by Alladin that he is off doing another errand and will be gone for awhile. She rolls her eyes and smiles. That is so like him. The beautiful nubian princess stretches like a cat and arrange her hair before heading towards the inner palace.
She reminds herself that she wanted to go out to the city and meet an important merchants today. Normally, they would come to her but it is her chance to get out of the palace every now and then. As she crosses the garden, her eyes trails to the wide beautifully crafted pool and it's glistening water reflecting the sun, almost like calling her. Maybe her meeting could wait. She could relax by the pool a little.
