The woman stares pitifully at the floor, unblinking. You surmise that whatever she's seen or done, she's barely cognizant anymore. It's as if her brain is simply misfiring, or shutting down.
"What happened here?" You ask. The woman shakes her head slowly.
"Everyone is dead," she says. "Everyone. Dead."
"But what happened?" You ask again.
"Everyone is dead," she says slowly.
"Well," Cassandra says quietly. "I don't think we're going to get anywhere with this."
