Ask the stablemaster about the Mountain Horse Sanctuary

"Ahh!" the stablemaster said, "so you want the best of the best?"
"Yes, kind stablemaster," you say, "I want the best of the best to fight against the demons."
In a few words, the stablemaster tells you that the Mountain Horse Sanctuary may have already been overrun by demons.
"It's to the north, on those mountains," he points.
If that horse sanctuary has already been overrun, then there is probably no use going there and may actually be a waste of time. On the other hand, if it is not overrun by demons, having a horse of the mountain could benefit you greatly.
