Answer the black phone

You go up to the phone and press the Answer button. "Good morning, [your name here]," the person on the phone says. "My name is Jen Balboe, and you have been chosen out of seven billion other people to explore the desert, jungle, or Antarctic. Each will be very dangerous." You stare at the phone for a while, then respond. "How do you know my number?" You can hear faint typing in the background. "All will be revealed if only we can test your wits," Jen says. "Meet me at 7812 Julie Street, or 8712 Poter Street. In one, you will die. In the other, you will meet me for the next test. Good-bye, and have a nice day--if you live through it."
