"Good idea," you tell LaTisha. "When?"

LaTisha laughs. "As quickly as possible."

Two weeks later, you're installed in LaTisha's house. She helps get you an "informal" job with the police department, training their vice decoys, and gives you plenty of hot sex.

[3 months later]

LaTisha snuggles you from behind as you relax in her arms. "I love you, honey."

You blink, then pivot around. After a pause of 15 seconds -- which feels like an eternity, as you process what she just said -- you manage a response. "I love you, LaTisha."

[2 years later]

"I now pronounce you wife and wife," says the justice of the peace.

Captain Anderson comes over. "Congratulations. I hope you live happily ever after."

You smile. "Oh, we will."

LaTisha wraps you in her arms and kisses you. When her lips unlock from yours, she grins. "Absolutely."

You live a long and happy life together.
