A teenage boy on the beach

Mindy starts walking the short distance to the beach. As you follow along behind her, you feel a pair of eyes on you, and see that a teenage boy is watching you both. Or leering at you, more like. He has with a big grin on his face, and a bit of a tent starting to pop up in his swim shorts.
Mindy hasn't noticed him yet, but you surmise that he just caught the show. You catch up to where Mindy has spread her towel on the beach and lay yours out too.
Your outgoing pal has apparently decided that the beach is empty enough to tan topless, and suggests that you do the same, to have a no-line tan.
You are not certain the beach is that empty. Looking over your shoulder, you see:
