As you get closer you see he's about you age he's wearing a blue sleeve jacket and blue pants his hair is about shoulder-length. he doesn't notice you and you hear him say
"...so this is the So this is the famous ELM POKEMON LAB..."
He turns and sees you
"...What are you staring at"
He pushes you over onto the ground and goes back to looking through the window.
