"They were a high-born noble, first in line for the throne of a kingdom." the feminine voice explains. You are slightly miffed at having your regal status referred to in past tense, but you lack the ability to protest.

"First in line? You do know how to annoy me, don't you? Those nobles aren't any fun. It's always diplomacy this, and manners that with them. Been far too long since there's been a proper warrior 'round here. 'Least that warrior prince counted for something" the masculine voice grumbles. A soft snort from the enigmatic third party agrees.

"Oh, but the last one was a mage. How long has it been since we have had a diplomat?" the feminine voice asked.

"Mages don't count! They're just cowards, hiding behind their magic. Especially that one." the masculine voice loudly yells. "Necromancy..." the voice derisively snorts. A low growl, more aggressive than the last, emanates from the mysterious third party.

"That was Fen's choice. He gets one of his own every now and again. It is only fair," the feminine voice soothes.

"So, what gender is this one? I can't differentiate humans," the masculine voice remarks. You feel a poke on your abdomen by a finger. You instinctively flinch, but do not move anywhere.
