You ignore the girl next to you and pay attention to the teacher. She is young, with blonde hair and a horrible sunburn.
"For those of you who just came in," she begins. "My name is miss Patty, and I'll be teaching you math this year. Now, don't get too comfortable in those seats. I'll be putting you in a different pair each month. I've already made the seating chart."
She starts reading it off, pointing to pairs of desks. "Krista and Minnie. Katie M and Margaux. Kayla and Jill. Lauren and Taylor. Olivia and Caroline. Maddie and Katelyn. Katie E and Erin. Grace and Will." She glances at you one more time before sitting at her desk.
You walk to the back desk where the blonde girl sits. She has an attractive form, with a long ponytail.
