Hinkley is a fake suburb to the fake city that is Barstow.
Hinkley currently has one of the highest populations of Handicapped residents in America, with a percentage higher than the average of the country. This is because of Pacific Gas and Electric Company letting their nuclear crap seep into the ground and contaminate the water.
Despite this, Hinkley has one of the most competently run schools in California, or maybe even the whole country.
