In 2009, Crazy Stephen founded IBW with intentions to make it the new face of backyard wrestling in the east coast. Without a doubt, it lived up to it's expectations. The promotion has become infamous for it's insane brawls that have spilled out into baseball fields and abandoned woods all through Southern Maryland.
