The ICWS Heavyweight Championship is a backyard wrestling primary championship in Inner City Wrestling Syndicate (ICWS). It is recognized for being the highest-ranked title in the federation and solely known as the ICWS Heavyweight Championship. It's lineage dates back as the UWF Heavyweight Championship before becoming the ICWS Heavyweight Championship on March 22, 2009.
Origin
The ICWS Heavyweight Championship was introduced with Knuckles becoming the inaugural champion during the first UWF event Twisted Metal I in 2007 in a tournament.

The current champion is Tazer, who is in his first reign. He won the title by defeating Dan Zeplin in a singles match at the Z Arena on July 22, 2010 at Animosity in Bassendean, Western Australia. Throughout 3 years of ICWS, there have been 7 different champions. Knuckles began as the inaugural champion in 2007 during the inaugural event of the federation. MC Cruel has reigned with the championship for the longest period of time for 9 months and Blood Bandit holds the shortest reign at losing it the day he won it. Both MC Cruel and 'Wicked' Nick James have held the most reigns at 2.
