The National Backyard Wrestling Alliance (NBWA) World Heavyweight Championship is a Backyard wrestling world heavyweight championship in the National Backyard Wrestling Alliance. Promotion owners have to recognize the NBWA World Heavyweight, United States Heavyweight, and World Tag Team champions as world champions while retaining their own ownership and top champion.

Pauly Richards defeated Jack Havoc on October 30, 2010 to become the first ever NBWA World Heavyweight Champion. He later vacanted the title on March 25, 2011.
