Tommy Hart is a British born, Canadian-American backyard wrestler performing in [[Non Stop Wrestling]] and [[Justified Revolution Wrestling]]. In character, Tommy is the (on-screen) owner of JRW, and is one of the top heels within NSW. Making an impact in his rookie year with NSW, capturing it's Light Heavyweight, and United States Championships.
