Origination

In early 2010, Chairman of the Global Backyard Wrestling Nation alliance, Rad Hazard, sanctioned a GBYWN championship in Australia known as the GBYWN Australian Heavyweight Championship. At ICWS's Animosity event, Aston Crude, defeated Dan Zeplin to become the inaugural champion.
