Thekoo, formerly Teku, is a male Toa of Lightning, and an accomplice of Turaga Dlakii.

History
As a Matoran
Little is known about Thekoo's past, as with many of Dlakii's cohorts. Originally known as Teku, he was a Matoran residing on Rotah Nui.
Two centuries after the Great Cataclysm, Teku enrolled at the Toa Academy, along with Dreiken and Lai. There, he trained under the guidance of Toa iKKF and Toa Dlakii. At the end of his time there, Dlakii gave up his power and became a Turaga; Teku was one of two recipients of this power, becoming a Toa himself.
As a Toa
Equipment
In his original Toa form, Teku carried a small blade, useful only for combat. His original Kanohi is something of a mystery, appearing to lack powers.
When he was transformed by Dlakii's power, he obtained a small black crossbow, which compressed his elemental lightning powers into a small ball-shaped blast. He later obtained the Exaccus, subsequently disregarding the crossbow. His mask had turned into a Kanohi Kadin, the Great Mask of Flight, though still Avohkii-shaped.
Powers and Traits
As a Toa of Lightning, Thekoo can summon lightning and fire blasts of it from his hands. In his enhanced forms, as per the transformation inflicted by Turaga Dlakii, he is capable of sprouting wings for flight purposes, in conjunction with his Kanohi Kadin.
Personality
Thekoo possesses an upbeat and humourous persona, and has been known for his swift wit. Unlike most of his team, the Hordika transformation barely changed this at all.
Character Origin
Thekoo is based on a now-inactive BZPower member, presently known as GoldDragon.
Trivia
- When Thekoo originally appeared, he had no set element; indeed, at the time, Dlakii was the only character with a confirmed element. Much later on, he was termed a Toa of Lightning.
- The term "Winged Guardian" was coined by the BZPower member upon whom Thekoo is based, as well as the name of his homeland.
