The First Toa
In Tales From The Northern Isles, the Matoran migration to the Northern Isles 69,000 years ago was led by a pair of unnamed Toa of Fire; one had black armour and a red mask, while the other had brown and orange armour. Their status as of the present day is unknown.
A Toa of Stone
In The Unknown Turaga II: Land of Dragons, a Toa of Stone was seen on Kaku Nui, assisting Hev with peacekeeping and restoration duties. This Toa's fate is unknown, though it is likely he survived the destruction of Kaku Nui.
Shadow Dragons
The Shadow Dragons, the main antagonists of Land of Dragons, were capable of shifting between their dragon form and a Toa-esque form, much like Proto D. In these forms, they all used corrupted swords and shields.
"Dragon Toa"
Dracos Nui was guarded by three Toa. These Toa were, like their Dragon Matoran charges, capable of transforming into dragons. Apparently, all three were killed in the Shadow Dragon attack.
