The Plot
Dlakii's team - consisting of Lai, Dreiken, Thekoo, iKKF, DudeNuva and Proto D - having narrowly escaped a rockslide in Po-Wahi, are contemplating their next move, left with seemingly no options as to how to get to Mangaia. Much to Thekoo's amusement, Proto D is staring aimlessly out into the desert; he claims to be waiting for someone. His claims are proven to be true, as the Toa of Demons, Beliwa, teleports in front of them.
After catching his breath and restoring some energy, Beliwa tells Proto D that he found something, subsequently revealing to the party a staff. Beliwa stated that this staff was capable of unsealing a lock on the Kini-Nui, opening a passage into Mangaia and revealing powerful weapons supposedly required by Dlakii's team.
In response, Dlakii orders DudeNuva to leave Mata Nui by raft and return to Port Spirit, with the intention of recruiting more fighters for the raid on Mangaia. Upon iKKF's advice, Dlakii orders a march to Ko-Koro in order to rest and replenish supplies. The team then leaves at a run.
Presentation
Toa of Demons was presented as a basic comic. Given that it was created prior to 2007, its quality is rather substandard.
