Wilson Fisk is about to attack Peter from behind while Peter searches his offices. Peter’s spider-sense alerts him to the Fisk’s presence and his able to dodge the attack. Fisk demands to know who sent Peter. When no real answer is forthcoming, Fisk orders one his associates who have entered the room to take care of the threat. This associate is Electro, who manifests electricity powers and shocks Peter into unconsciousness while destroying half of the room.

Fisk’s men unmask Peter and identify him as a kid. No one present recognizes him so Fisk has his men toss Peter out the window. Fisk keeps the Spider-Man mask and tells Electro to have Mr. Big (Frederick Foswell) summoned.

• Peter regains consciousness while falling towards the street, and prevents his death from falling by getting a handhold on the building and sliding down the surface. He returns home feeling beat and humiliated. He encounters Aunt May who is in a state of depression at being alone after Uncle Ben’s death.

• The next day (Saturday), Mary Jane calls Peter. Peter cancels their movie date because of his injuries; he tells her that he is sick. MJ hangs up on him in anger.

Wilson Fisk meets with Mr. Big and the Enforcers. He shows Mr. Big the Spider-Man mask and informs him that Spider-Man visited him the previous night. Mr. Big challenges Fisk’s leadership capabilities. Fisk orders the Enforcers to hold Mr. Big for him, to which they obey, betraying their under boss. Fisk puts the Spider-Man mask on Mr. Big and then proceeds to crush his head with his bare hands.

• Frederick Foswell’s body is found floating in the East River the next (Sunday) morning wearing the Spider-Man mask. The police state that Spider-Man is considered to be a murder suspect.

• On Monday during class, Peter apologizes to MJ via note for blowing off their date. While the teacher gives a lecture on Richard Nixon’s Watergate tapes, Peter remembers that Fisk’s office had a security camera.


Notes:

- First appearance of Ultimate Electro.

- Death of Frederick Foswell (Mr. Big).

- Peter makes the mental connection that the tingling in his head (Spider-sense) means something bad is about to happen.

- Fisk mistakenly calls Electro, “Elektra”, a mistake that Electro verbally corrects.

- The news report concerning Frederick Foswell’s death identifies that Peter’s encounter with the Enforcers in Ultimate Spider-Man 9 occurred the previous Wednesday.
