From Time Travel Game

The game will use Time Travel in its plot, story, gameplay & puzzles. It will be something that has an effect on all aspects of the game. The idea is to create the first true time travel game that incorporates it into all areas of the design. Rather than the usual limited uses it has in video games (usually story or limited game mechanics).

The basic idea is that while using a set of looser adapted rules of plastic time as a basis (see the Time Travel section for more info). Player's will spend their time in the game using time travel based game mechanics to overcome puzzles, combat and challenges. The game's story will start with a strict set of rules being placed on the player (i.e. don't kill Hitler!) that they will proceed to break over the course of the game as both they and the main character come to question their trust in the organisation they work for.

The game will poke fun at the genre of time travel stories and video games, particularly action orientated ones, with a lighthearted tone with knowing in jokes and references.
