Aryna seems a stunningly young and beautiful girl, while she has adopted the agelessness of a Conclave magician. Draped around her shoulders is the stole of the Conclave Phantarch, embroidered with 5 jewels resembling the five Mafaxen. She has snow-white hair and bright blue eyes and usually wears a tiara as a token of her high function within the Conclave. Her face tone is paler then usual and conforms with her white and light blue robes of office.

Aryna, an Endali peasant girl who was bullied because of her white hair and strange talents, joined the Conclave at the age of 7 and became a Novice. Shortly after, at the age of 10 she was Anointed personally by Phantarch Merlyn, who soon became her mentor. After the death of Merlyn, when she was 20 years old and expected to be raised to Magi status soon, the Tower of the Conclave called her.
To her surprise, it was no Magi raising ceremony she encountered. After the Tower had asked her question after question, the Keeper of the Tower surprisingly announced her raising to Magi and acceptance as Phantarch.
She was of the Emerald Mafax for 5 minutes, after which she donned the toga of the Emerald Mafax and assumed the stole of the Phantarch after a brief test.
She is now Phantarch for 5 years, and has been working on getting the Mafaxen (usually meddling in eachother's businesses) to sit and talk, battling against the intrigue of the Tower, with some success.
