Sophie

Sophie is the daughter of Peimin Ni. She is 100% Chinese and speaks Mandarin fluently, as well as some Shanghainese. She is incredibly bright and an aspiring actress. Sophie is currently still in high school and will graduate in 2008.

History of Sophie concerning the Gullwings

Sophie met Yuna and Rikku when she came to visit China during their study abroad. She and Yuna, thanks to a shared interest in Phantom of the Opera, became fast friends and both consider the other to be spiritually siblings. To this day they are still close and Yuna visits Sophie and her dad whenever she can. Sophie also became friends with the rest of the Gullwings and she hung out with Kimahri and Wakka when Yuna and Rikku were in Taiwan.

Sophie once considered Yuna her 'Christine Daae', and it still stands to some degree this day.
