Arnold Wesker is kind and gentle man who worked at The Iceberg Lounge as it's Ventriloquist. When The Penguin fired him due to Wesker poking fun at him, Wesker vowed revenge on him and his fellow big shots.
His Doll, scarface, is his double personality.... the bad one. The doll controls weskers mad actions to the highest level. Warioman found this awkward to have him saving the lives of three men who would rightly kill him in his place and Wesker enjoyed the agony of Warioman as he threatened to kill Penguin, Kingpin, Rupert Thorne , and Boss Biggis.
