Mario Wiki : First Wars is a Mario Wiki game in the “run’ ‘n’ gun genre and thus, play very similar to tittles like Metal Slug, the events of the game reflect those of the First Gopherian War , expect Xzelion first missions, which is set during the last battle against the Vandal.
Story
"The troll were all but a memory of the past. The wikians thought they could live in peace and never had to fight in a meaningless war again.
However, this is only what they had thought.
An army led by an insane and seemingly supernatural being has been building up in the northern reach of the continent. Report made by spys showed multiples war machines that could easily crush the outdated Shroom Army by themselves. The wiki is now in panic as the mysterious army settled a base in the Teh Great Chain Of Mountain and various other places, surrender seemed the only good option…
However, four warriors who proved their skills during precedent wars have volunteered themselves to fight the new threat.
Carrying the hope of the Wiki World under theirs shoulders, the warriors are about to enter the battlefield."
