Pira appeared in Kokoro one day looking for Cannoli, introducing herself as his younger sister. This alien is one of the leading members of the Amparists, who are fighting against the Returners. Not much else is known about her at this current time, other than that, according to Cannoli, she's their planet's most talented spy.

- Appearance: Though she's Cannoli's sister, other than the pitch-black hair and general facial features, she doesn't share too much in common with him otherwise. Beginning with her bright purple eyes, she also tends to have a much more messy appearance, dressing up in different colored lolita clothing and combing her hair into a messy fashion. She is often accused of not caring too much about her appearance when, in fact, she spends a number of hours in a day to prepare the "perfect style".

Nothing much is known about Pira's attacks, though she has once used a wind-based spell in the Cafe kitchen. Supposedly though, Pira has a large dislike towards hand-to-hand combat and prefers to simply rely on her stealth, speed, and disguise to sneak up on her enemies and gather information and develop strategy.
