The Returners are a group of rebels from the alien planet, who are against the new ideals of reforming the planet with the help of Earth technology. With the end of Deep Blue, the lack of a leadership position brought chaos to the world, as Kisshu, Taruto, and Pai attempted to keep things under control. Rebel groups formed, the most popular being the Returners, who have succeeded in starting a war against the alien council, known as the Amparists. The council theorizes that there is a possibility the Returners could plan to go to Earth to attack the Mews.

The current known members of the Returners are Praline, Cake, and the "boss".
