On Halloween night when Laurie was 2, her 10 year old brother Michael Myers slaughtered their older sister, their mother's boyfriend, and their sister's boyfriend. A year later in captivity, Michael killed a nurse, resulting in their mother's suicide at seeing what her child had become. Laurie was found covered in blood, crying at the scene of the suicide, and she was driven to a hospital out of town so she wouldn't be associated with the Myers family. She was adopted by the Strodes, who raised her until she was 17 years old, when Micahel escaped the asylum he was in to be reunited with his 'Boo'. Unfortunately this involved killing the Strodes and her two best friends. When Laurie didn't know him and pushed him away he went after her too, and at the end of the night, Laurie shot off Michael's head. That night made her become a disturbed young woman, still pretty clueless to her origins, because she doesn't want to know. She's been through almost three years of therapy, and she's finally going to have to face the cold, hard truth. She is Michael's sister. Laurie wont be able to leave until she does.
