[edit] Role in Plot 1
Mr I was one of the headlining characters of plot 1. Originally, he was just an imbosile, trying to escape from Fleep. However, a freak accident involving Mega Star and Merlee made his intellegence grow rapidly, rivaling and eventually surpassing the intelects of Professor E. Gadd, Professor Frankly, and Ludwig von Koopa. Afterward, he established a base on the outhouse planet. Along the way, he recruited many loyal cohorts, such as Piccolo, Mimi, Luvbi, and pure-???. His main goals were to create a cannon that could hypnotize an entire world, and a cannon that could immediately make any person lesser than him his personal undead slave. Both of these plans succeeded. However, though he had large armies, the eight great heroes, and more weapons than you can shake a Star Rod at, he did find a rival in the battle against ? Block. After a short battle, Mr I personally teleported himself and ? Block to The Arena, an epic area for final battles. After a long, grueling battle, Mr I was able to play his trumph cards: the crazy and random P.T. Rulette, and the amazing Mothershroom. However, ? Block commited suicide, stealing the grace of victory from Mr I.
[edit] Role in Plot 2
Mr I became a bit less important in the second plot. With the universe at his disposal, Mr I became bored with what he had. His crazed desires lead him to steal the Super Happy Fruit and turn it into an I Fruit. He then planted his fruits in the areas of the universe that were cosmically unstable. In addition, he kidnapped the Gods themselves, along with Shigeru Miyamoto. He created a new void, called Void 2.0, where he would create a new history. However, in a desire to test his skill, he warped every powerful being to a crude arena to battle to the death. However, Mr I was taken out quickly by the powers of the B Block. However, Shigeru Miyamoto was able to take over for a short time and confuse his opponents with overly-complicated levels. However, Mr I was braught back to life through the power of Deus Ex Machina Man.
[edit] Role in Plot 3
Mr I, having all of his powers drained, became very weak. So weak, in fact, that he was kidnapped by crazed Rabbids and forced to play Mini-games under the Party God, Tumble. However, he found a friend in a Whomp named Krush, and they together escaped from their imprisinment in Party Land. Afterward, convinced that he had given up his evil ways, Mr I set out to try to be the best hero in existance. However, his evil side got the better of him, making him hire and hypnotize muscular minions like Donkey Kong to eliminate all other heroes. However, in a fierce battle with Popple, Mr I turned back to the side of evil. Unfortunately, at that time, the Koopa Bros became the Dempa Bros, marking something worse than the end of the world. As such, Mr I fled with Krush and new ally, Dark Prognosticus, to Gusty Gulch, where a rocket lay. He then fled to his new base, the I in the Sky, a fully operational battle station. However, he wished to train DP, so they trained in Castle Bleck. However, it was there that Mr I learned that he wouldn't make it out of the next great war alive. Therefore, he relentlessly spent many hours increasing his own power so that he could raise his new apprentice, Dark Prognosticus. However, his goals were mixed and he was left in a sea of confusion when he revived, Besstar.
[edit] Koopa Clown
The Koopa Clown is one of Mr I's most powerful, if not most comical, form. He can achieve this form by fusing his body and mind with Lemmy Koopa. This form was only used when Mr I fought ? Block in The Arena. He had many tricks, such as a flower that could squirt lava, to a posionous gas, to giant circus balls that can crush anyone in his sight. However, the Koopa Clown was no match for ? Block's classroom of doom, which split up Lemmy and Mr I and forced Lemmy into the stands.

Mr I does not actually fight in the Glitz Pit, but is the manager of three extremely tough teams, including a champion. Here are his teams:
- Champ: Plant Peril (Larry Koopa & Piranha Plant)
- Seed 3: R Vision (Two Mr R's)
- Seed 5: The Cyclops Swarm (Five Tileroid I's)

Krush is Mr I's strongest general. Appearing as a fellow prisoner to the Rabbids in Plot 3, Krush befriended Mr I, and together, they made their escape. He has the power to eat rocks and spit them out as new rock minions. Krush is eternally loyal to Mr I, and speaks in the 3rd person with extremely simple sentences.
[edit] Dempa Bros.
The Dempa Bros. are four extremely powerful deamons that have the power to destroy anything in their path. They are really the Koopa Bros, who's souls were tormented by Sential. Yellow quickly learned Necromantic magic to summon the four demons, Commander Bakatar (Posessed by Red), Lord Ichiramu (Posessed by Black), Mr. Gammeju (Posessed by Green), and Master Kasatuga (Posessed by Yellow). They have the power to end all worlds, but are choosing just to torment the world that shunned them their entire lives. Green is still horribly idiotic, though.
