Polar War

The Polar War was initiated between the Southern Oracle and the Northern Oracle, Michael and Bob respectively. Michael had come into the posession of Mathew during an attempted coup by a faction of a Godai Royal Forces, selling the methuselah as a regent to fund their conspiracy against the government(All participants were put to death by order of the queen, the vampire having since summoned their souls and bound them within a soul stone to repay them the torture they inflicted on him during their attempt, using them as examples of those that conspire against the monarchy-death is no escape for traitors).

When Yusaku arrived to reclaim her advisor, Michael immediately assumed her to be a servant of Bob and banished her to the northern demesne, considering her presence an act of war. Firing the initial volley in the war, large comets were sent arcing from his sanctum towards Bob's tower. The war was on, and high magic flew across the skies as the two mages fought from their respective homes. Unfortunately, preoccupied by their fighting, both oracles proved to be easy targets to outside influences and were slain, their demesnes subsumed by the Northern Demon and Southern Demon.

Seeing each other as a threat, the two demons continued the battle the preceding mages had begun. Breeding and baking forces to send overland against the opposing pole's master, with the Godai Kingdom caught between the two. Eventually the two demons were slain, and their respective armies destroyed with them, leaving the two demesnes unclaimed and barren. Mathew was rescued by Yusaku, and CrossRealms had lost two of the anchors holding it together eventually leading to the Realm Collapse.
