"Oh no!" you think. "You bastard aren't eating all my babies!"
You try to reach inside through the hole where your clitoris was, but the hole is small and the angle is awkward. Meanwhile, several small fish eat away at your tit flesh.
You ignore them, pausing to think how to get at the naughty eel. Its thrashing deep in your belly doesn't make it easier to think straight, but eventually you realize you need to get inside with both your hands.
Your mind made up, you hook one finger at each end of your belly button and tug. The feeding eggs inside you together with the days in water have weakened your skin, and you easily tear a hole big enough for you to reach inside with both your arms. A few hundred eggs spill out and are eaten straight away, but you focus on getting a grip on the slippery eel inside. Not even when half a dozen small fish sneak inside the hole above your pussy do you give up.
It takes a while, but gorging itself on your eggs have apparently tired the eel, and at last you have the eel in a firm grip behind its head and pull it out of you.
Other fish swim curiously towards the rip you made in your belly. And yet other fish still eat away at your tits. But that naughty eel is filled with your eggs!
