You slam the eel as hard as you can against the cave wall. After a few attempts, it finally splits open and dies.
Immediately most fish rush to the meal, including the fish that previously ate away at your breast meats. You get a momentary respite and can assess the situation.
There's probably a dozen smaller fish still inside you. And you need to close up the holes in your belly before any more fish can find their way inside and more eggs from spilling out. And even if they can't get inside, you need to clear out your cave.
