Piggy's Day/9999 - the Turn of the deci-millenium

You decide to see the turn of the deci-millenium, the end of the first 10000 years since the beginning of time. You appear perfectly on time in December 31st, in front of a crowd celebrating the event. Many other time travellers like to come here, and Washington D.C, like many other large cities, is highly overpopulated. And with people, also come time-travelling food vendors and other sort of services. Some important times in history, these days, have become a bit of a tourist destination. On midnight the crowd goes wild. The ensuing fireworks display involves thousands of small satellites forming messages on the sky. You stay up the whole night, and come morning, as most of the tourists have left, you buy a cup of coffee from a local café, and drink it while browsing through the first newspaper ever published on this deci-millenium. There's a story about a suicide in Washington's main intelligence office due to the YK10 crisis. You take out your notebook which chronicles the most notable events in history up until the 321st century.
Piggy: "Now let's see.... Soon after this, the government of USA becomes the first to reach Earth's core, after one failed expedition..."
Suddenly, you black out. AS you wake up, you are tied to a chair in a dark room. You recognize one person here.
Piggy: "Michael Bonobos - the first two-headed president of the United States!"
Michael: "That's right. I see you've learnt a thing or two from history. Listen, I don't know who you are or what time from the future you are from, but I need you to work for me."
Piggy: "Uuhhh..."
Michael: "The YK2 incident was much worse than expected. We lost all of our future-related intelliegnce, and are highly vulnerable to catastrophies or terror attacks."
Michael's other head continues:
Michael: "That's where you, and your little booklet come in. We need YOU to freshen up your memory, and predict any possible catastrophies on our part."
Piggy: "And why should I do that?"
Michael: "Don't make me come up with a reason. You wouldn't want that."
