Leaves the clerk tied up and takes you for a hostage

Status: Naked & scared
Before you can speak or think, the man says, "I've decided." He looks at you. "Come over here."
Too scared to think of putting up a fight, you do so. When you are facing him, he says, "Turn around and put your hands behind your back."
You do so, and he ties your hands. When you are bound, he says, "Go stand over against the wall." You do so, and stand, miserably listening as the robber forces the clerk to sit in one of the chairs. You then listen as he ties her securely to the chair and gags her. You think about running, but you are too scared.
Finally the robber says, "Okay, honey, come over here." You realize he's talking to you, so you turn around and walk over to where he is standing, still holding his gun. You glance at the clerk as you go. She is bound to the chair with what seems to be a ridiculous amount of rope over her arms, shoulders, torso, legs and ankles. She has a piece of tape over her mouth, and the man has taken off her glasses and placed them on the top of the desk.
When you are standing next to the robber, he forces a rag into your mouth and then covers your lips with a piece of tape. Then he walks around behind you. He takes hold of your upper arm and pushes you out of the office, gun in your back, and through the store.
You are disappointed to see that the store is empty. So is the parking lot. In fact, so is the street. There is no one outside the restaurant or the liquor store. It's just you and this creep.
He starts to guide you to the edge of the parking lot, where a rusty, crappy Chevrolet sits idling. You realize this is likely to be the only opportunity you will have to escape. No one is going to know where you are, or even that you've been abducted. Can you somehow get away from this creep, run away, get to safety?
