Since the operating room is the first place you have visited in this beautiful camp, and where you had your first encounter with the incredible naughty nurse, Emilia, you may just get lucky again if you pray hard enough. You head for this location with your heart filled with hope.
Once you arrive here, you can't see anybody here. Although, the lights are still on so you assume that whoever was here, is not done here yet. You still hope that this person who is working here is Emilia. You wonder if you should keep waiting for her or that you should move on to another room.
