The Stormdancer is a powerful sorceress who's known primarily for her control over the weather, her impossibly beautiful dancing, and her occasional psychopathic rages. Rumored to be a daughter or a lover of Monsos, she single-handedly destroyed much of southeastern Pallon several centuries ago, before an alliance of elven noble houses led by Saltur dur Itar incapacitated her.
