Just in case you don't know, you can speak whenever you want under "chatter", but under "game", you must take turns. The order of turns is shown in "group". The DM may speak whenever he wants.

Game

HEIAN: Okay. Before we start. If any of you are new to this sort of game, raise your hands.

LAVOS: Meh. {raises hand} Sort of, I have created a character before, but I'm not used to D&D, yet.

HEIAN: Well, be forewarned. This is a primative D&D. Now. lets start. When everyone says "Ready", we'll all begin.
