Victor Bellstrom is Unholy Tracy's son. It seems that both he and UT joined the crew of the LeviathanX, but became separated from UT. After about five years, Victor finally located the Leviathan. Fortunately, this was after UT freed himself from the closet Ryan-X had locked him in.
