Noelle is Chaos' girlfriend, whom he met under rather awkward circumstances. While Chaos was approaching Heian, she sort of...Fell from the sky in front of him ass-naked. There, Chaos "helped" her, got her clothes, and fed her for a few days as he reached his mark. She is with Chaos because he's strong, funny, and because of another reason. If she gets angered or hurt too much, she'll unleash Angel Noelle, where nothing really signifigant happens to her appearence.
