Jouinchi No Heian is a friend of Chaos', Though he appears to be more than just that. Evidence points to the therum of Chaos and Heian being related, but this isn't looked into as much as you'd think, at least not until the end of Season 1. He controls the power of fire, being able to do so makes him formiddable in battles of any kind. He roams the world trying to find out more about himself. He can transform into a gracious green Gazzelle, in which his powers are multiplied at least 10 fold.
