Cloak
Cloak is a mysterious cloaked stranger. He rode into the scene after his first confrontation with Chaos. He seems to have MPS.
Dagger
Dagger is the mysterious spirit that entered into Cloak's body with the need to kill. He has much more control over Cloak's body than Cloak does alone, making him a threat. He says he'll grant Cloak control of his body again soon, until then, he will remain in here, using Dagger to communicate.
Communication
When either are talking to other C&UC characters, they both use Cloak's body. However, when engaged in a one sided conversation, Dagger is in a seperate body, a silver-cloaked version of Cloak's...cloak.
