This is The Black Elite HQ, the Capitol of The Black Elites.

The only thing here is General John Pusher's Quarters, Control Tower, A Marketplace, A Cafeteria, and a couple quarters for the Engineers. There are Black Elite Troops crawling all over the place.

It was origionally a basement hidden in the Metalworks. But, Engineers expandened it and built the HQ
