Born on February 4th, 1988 in Luxor, Egypt and brother of Tornado, Typhoon was always interested in playing Worms.  He soon got into the game and played it frequently.  At age 11, he was admitted into an under-12 Worm Squad, the  Sharkbiters.  He proved to be very smart in the arena.  He was named captain of the team at age 12, and then he was passed into the Under-14 Squad, which he captained to the Under-14 Worm Cup trophy.  He was then bought by Twisters and played for their Under-18 Squad until his big break came when he and his brother Tornado was bought by Nature Strike, a small team who was Egyptain.  He had many successes with this team and soon became their top player.  Nature Strike have since risen in [[Official Worm Rankings|rankings]] and eventually were bought by owners of these nationalities in order: Andorra, Portugal, France and more recently, Spain.

Typhoon has seen many leagues in this area.  Starting out with Cairo, he took a loan to Cadiz and shined there.  This put him in the Cairo first team in which he excelled and picked up Young Egyptian Player of the Season in 2001 and then Egyptian Player of the Season twice, in 2002 and 2003.  He then was bought by Manchester City for 2.5 million in 2003 an played very well there, setting up many kills for the team.  Speculation about whether he would stay soon were made true and Typhoon signed for Athletico Madrid in 2006 for an undisclosed fee, reported to be around 5 million.  He was awarded Spanish Player of the Season in 2007.  He then captained Athletico to victory against rivals Real Madrid in the abscence of Rézor.  Later in the season, he set up two kills to win them the UEFA Cup for the first time in 14 years.  In 2008,  Typhoon helped Athletico to a 4 - 2 win in the Final of the Spanish Cup.  They also retained their UEFA Cup title that year.  In 2009, Typhoon was injured in pre-season and missed the first 5 games with a torn hamstring.  He wento n to help the club to 5th place in the division and qualification for the UEFA Cup once more.  However, Athletico were knocked out of the UEFA Cup by eventual winners Fiorentina in the Semi-Finals.
