Simon is an amnesiac who, upon waking from a coma, found he had both telepathy and telekinesis, as well as a form of psychometry. Slowly, he began to learn how to use them, fleeing from government agents and businessmen who wall wanted to use his powers for their own ends. A good man helped him escape, costing his own life to do so.

He went underground, and became a fugitive, helping those he could as a way to repay the man who had shown him a better way to live. He is Simon, and he wants only peace and hope.
