Species Biography
Grey Matter is a Galvan (a play on galvanization) from the planet Galvan Prime. Despite being tiny compared to other planets, Galvan Prime is one of the most scientifically advanced worlds in the galaxy and home to one of the most powerful empires in existence. Industrialization has swept over the planet, practically eliminating any trace of nature. The Galvans originally had no empire to speak of, instead being kept as pets by other races. They were then employed by other species as industrial technicians, spies, and saboteurs once their intelligence became known. The Galvans were smart enough to keep the best technology for themselves, eventually founding a powerful empire based on the technology they had kept from the rest of the galaxy. The inhabitants of Galvan Prime work tirelessly and consume massive amounts of resources to remain a superior force in the galaxy.
Being from a tiny world, Galvans are equally tiny, being only five centimeters tall on average. Their bodies consist of soft and flexible bones, allowing them to squeeze into tight spaces or quickly escape from danger. With their slimy skin, Galvans can stick to almost surface. The slime also makes them equally difficult to grab. Not built for combat, Galvans evade and outsmart their enemies, rather than fight them head on. They are raised to be extremely intelligent, and bred to enter complex machines and operate them from the inside. This allows them to understand and operate virtually any machine, even if they've never seen it before. Despite their advanced science, Galvans are easily trampled because of their small size.
Planet Biography
Despite its diminutive scale, Galvan is one of the most scientifically advanced worlds in the galaxy. Miniature skyscrapers and ultra-fast causeways litter the landscape, leaving little room for nature. First kept as pets and then employed by other species as industrial technicians, spies and saboteurs, Galvans were smart enough to keep the best secrets for themselves, eventually amassing enough knowledge to build a powerful empire of their own. A chaotic world of intrigue and innovation, the coldly technocratic inhabitants of Galvan Prime work tirelessly and consume massive resources to keep an ever-tightening grip over their former masters.
Biography
Standing at a mere five centimeters tall, Grey Matter comes from the small, yet intelligent Galvan race of the planet of Galvan Prime. His heightened intelligence enables him to fix and/or tweak with even the most complex machinery. His intelligent mind may be of great benefit, but his small size can enable him to enter small areas and make him harder to spot. Unfortunately, his tiny body is extremely vulnerable to outside danger, making him not capable for combat. However, Ben can use Grey Matter to disable enemy technology within them.
When using Grey Matter, Ben benefits from the enhanced intelligence of the form. Like any Galvan, Ben can discern the purpose of most devices after a simple glance, and can operate any device he can get a hold of. Ben is often surprised by what he knows when using this form, and doesn't always fully comprehend it.

Advantages & Abilities
note: these are just my point of view from watching the show
> Has enhanced intelligence, which allows him to quickly understand and operate any form of technology, as well as determine an opponent's weak point. Additionally, he can sometimes control living things by stimulating certain parts of their anatomy, apparently applying the same basic principal as a horse and its reins.
> Grey Matter responds quickly to his surroundings.
> His small size enables him to enter incredibly small spaces.
> His intelligence is enhanced, which not only enables him to understand complex machinery, but also let him be more specific on his observations.
> His slimy skin can stick to walls, which enables him to move anywhere.
> His teeth are sharp and can deliver a painful bite.
> Has the advantages of a small animal; for example, he is strong in proportion to his size, able to survive falls from a great relative height due to his low body weight, and remain active in low oxygen environments since his body requires little air.
Disadvantages & Weaknesses
note: these are just my point of view from watching the show
> unlike the other forms, Grey Matter is unable to participate in direct combat.
> His size makes him incredibly weak and easily trampled on.
